WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND USE?

Public Areas

If you’re merely visiting the public area of the Website, we do not collect any personal information about you.

Registered Users, Subscribers and Contact Forms

If you choose to become a registered user or subscriber (subscribe to KickOff Pro Content and Members’ Services) of the Website, Subscribe to any of our newsletters, fill out a contact form (together “Registered User”), we will collect and hold information about you which you voluntarily share with us when you apply to become a Registered User. The personal information collected by us will include your full name, user name, (e-mail) address and password but may also include additional information necessary to provide you with the service you request, for other information about yourself, your preferences or your experiences that you voluntarily share with us. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We may occasionally send you promotional emails about services offered by us or announcements pertaining to our services. How long we retain your data

We keep your data until you delete your account. When you delete your account we erase your personal data. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All financial details are securely stored by our billing partner PayPal.
