Jose Mourinho did some astute transfer business last summer, reshaping his team with the signings of Eric Bailly, Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
This quartet are unlikely to be the only new arrivals at Old Trafford during the current regime, however, with reports in the Daily Star suggesting that Seamus Coleman could be brought in before the January transfer window slams shut.
In reality, any deal is far more likely to take place during the summer, but the right-back is definitely someone who could bring something to the Red Devils’ squad.
A veteran of nearly 200 Premier League appearances, the Everton and Republic of Ireland star would compete with Antonio Valencia for the right-back spot at Manchester United:

The two men have been incredibly well matched defensively in the top-flight so far this term, both playing a part in six clean sheets in 19 appearances.
It is Coleman who has provided the far greater threat going forward, however, with the 28-year-old scoring four times in what is an incredible record for a full-back.
Full of energy and commitment, the former Blackpool loanee should be able to hit the ground running at Old Trafford, bringing a new dimension to the Red Devils’ right flank.
