Everton are lining-up a move to permanently replace Phil Jagielka and bolster their defence ahead of next season.
Toffees manager Ronald Koeman has identified Micheal Keane as the man to replace out of favour England defender Jagielka and wants to build his defence around the player.
Reports suggest the defender could cost Everton £28 million. They're not the first club to show interest in the player, with Burnley manager Sean Dyche reportedly turning down a number of bids for the 24-year-old due to a string of impressive displays at Turf Moor.
