After a mixed debut season at Manchester City, Pep Guardiola is believed to be targeting a major summer rebuild and has been armed with a £200million transfer kitty to get the job done.
First on his list of targets, according to The Mirror, is French youngster Kingsley Coman, with whom he worked at Bayern Munich last season.
Guardiola is known to be a keen admirer of the player he helped sign on a two-year loan deal from Juventus in 2015, and with that deal coming to an end an Etihad reunion could well be a viable option. But if City do get their man, what would he bring to the table?

Raheem Sterling’s improvements this season has been well noted, but last year under Guardiola Coman contributed more, despite being 18 months Sterling’s junior.
In 20 starts Coman provided 4 goals and 6 assists, meaning that he was directly involved in a goal once every 168 minutes on average. Sterling’s record last term was a goal or assist once every 240 minutes on average, and that number has only dropped to 188 minutes this season, meaning that he’s still yet to match the levels Coman achieved.
Despite being just 20, Coman has already received international recognition, earning an impressive 11 caps for France, and his side will be in action this weekend against Luxembourg.
The French will are strong favourites for the match and the smart money is undoubtedly on them getting their win and moving one step closer to the 2018 World Cup.
