How to play

To play, simply make a selection from any of our markets on any Euro 2020 match. You can only place one bet per market per match to be counted in this competition. For example, you could bet on over 1.5 goals and Harry Kane to score first in England vs Scotland, but you couldn’t bet on both Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling to score first in that match. Your first bet on any match in any single market will be the one that is counted. You’ll then be ranked by your profit, along with everyone else. Good luck!

Rules of entry

1 - Create an online account with us at www.kickoff.co.uk. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website (unless you choose to set up a KickOff Pro Account).

2 - Once you have made your first selection, you are an “Entrant”. By submitting a bet as part of this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3 - You may only have one account with us. If we detect multiple linked accounts, we reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and to close all such accounts.

4 - You may select a bet from all markets available on our website, but only one outcome per market, per match will be counted in the competition. If multiple outcomes are selected for the same market in the same match, only the first bet will count towards the competition.

5 - The competition will run from June 11th – July 11th 2021

6 - Prizes will be to the top five places in the competition. £200 will be paid to first place, £100 to second place, £50 to third place, £25 to fourth place and £25 to fifth place.

Eligibility

The competition is only open to participants aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

Winners

We will contact the winners as soon as practicable after the results are available, using the email address provided with the online account.

If you object to your name and surname being published or made available, please contact us at info@kickoff.co.uk. Please note that in some circumstances we may have to provide your personal information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Claiming The Prize

When you win a prize, we will send you an email asking for address verification and your PayPal account details. You will have 7 days from the date of our email to respond to it and claim the prize. We may need to verify your eligibility to claim the prize, including your age and identity. Once your identity is verified (if applicable), we will then send the prize via PayPal within 5 days of receipt of your email claiming the prize.

If you do not claim the prize within 7 days, you will lose your right to the prize and we may offer the price to the next eligible Entrant (in case of monthly prizes).

The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

If you provide us with any incorrect information, you will lose your right to claim any prize. Prizes cannot be sent to Entrants who did not supply us with a valid address. You are responsible for making sure that your account information is correct and up to date.

Limitation Of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming the prize except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection And Publicity

We will only process your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy available at https://www.kickoff.co.uk/privacy/.

General

Any and all taxes that may be payable on the winnings are the sole responsibility of the winners.

We do not accept responsibility for bets that are lost or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions or our terms of service (available at https://www.kickoff.co.uk/website-terms-of-use/), we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
