Premiership stats and tips

Saturday 25th April

Aberdeen v Kilmarnock - Over / Under 2.5 Goals - under

Low scoring matches aren't always entirely dull, but fans of Aberdeen have had too many chances to test that theory this term. 22 of their side's encounters in the Premiership have finished with under 2.5 goals so far - the most in the competition. Will S. Kettlewell and his Kilmarnock team be able to inject goals into this fixture on Saturday? Or will it be yet another low scoring affair?

St. Mirren v Livingston - Double Chance - home win or draw

What a miserable set of results for Livingston and their fans, with their last Premiership success now coming 31 matches ago. Boss D. Martindale has to find a way out, and quickly. Will St. Mirren at The Smisa Stadium on Saturday be the one in which they turn it around?

Celtic v Falkirk - Both Teams To Score - yes

Falkirk supporters have come to expect action at each end when their team plays in the Premiership, with both teams having scored in each of their last 5 matches. Celtic on Saturday evening could be another ding-dong battle.

Sunday 26th April

Dundee Utd v Dundee - Both Teams To Score & Result - draw

Tannadice Park is the backdrop as Dundee United and Dundee meet on Sunday afternoon, in what could well be a proper ding-dong battle. J. Goodwin's side have the most BTTS + draws of any team in the division - 11 in 33 outings. An extension of that record has best odds of 4.33.

Rangers v Motherwell - Double Chance - home win or draw

What a miserable run of results for Motherwell and their fans, with their last Premiership win now coming 5 matches ago. Boss J. Askou needs to find a remedy, and quickly. Will Rangers at Ibrox on Sunday provide some relief?

Hibernian v Hearts - Half Time / Full Time - draw+draw

It might not be an honour they're particularly proud of, but Hibernian currently lead all opposition in the Premiership when it comes to matches drawn at both halftime and fulltime this campaign, with their tally now at 9 in 33 games. They will put that unwanted consistency to the test versus Heart of Midlothian at Easter Road on Sunday, in a match that could see yet another stalemate.

Friday 1st May

Livingston v Aberdeen - Both Teams To Score & Result -

If you like backing goals and picking a victor, then the upcoming clash between Livingston and Aberdeen could be worth a look. D. Martindale's side have lost 11 games this term in which both clubs have scored. That's the most in the Premiership.
