La Liga stats and tips

Saturday 21st March

Elche v Mallorca - Double Chance - away win or draw

It has been a dismal run of results for Elche CF and their supporters, with their last La Liga success now coming 11 games ago. Boss E. Sarabia Armesto needs to find a way out, and sooner rather than later. Will Mallorca at Martínez Valero on Saturday be the one in which they turn it around?

Espanyol v Getafe - Both Teams To Score - yes

Espanyol supporters have been spoilt with action at each end when their team plays in La Liga, with both teams having found the net in all of their last 8 matches. Getafe on Saturday afternoon should be another ding-dong battle.

Levante v Real Oviedo - Half Time / Full Time - draw+draw

It might not be an honour they're particularly enamoured with, but Real Oviedo currently lead all other teams in La Liga when it comes to matches drawn at both the break and the final whistle this season, with their tally now at 8 in 28 matches. They will put that somewhat unwelcome consistency to the test against Levante at Ciutat de Valencia on Saturday, in a match that could see yet another stalemate.

Osasuna v Girona - Over / Under 1.5 Goals - over

16 of KO's members think this match between Osasuna and Girona will have a minimum of 2 goals. It may not be a classic, but there should be enough to keep both the El Sadar faithfulhappy

Sevilla v Valencia - Double Chance - away win or draw

Sevilla have found something of a bogey team in Valencia CF in the La Liga in recent years. The two sides have met on 5 occasions since 2023, and Valencia CF have remained unbeaten in them all. Saturday's game at Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán could be another hard one for M. Almeyda & co.

Sunday 22nd March

Barcelona v R.Vallecano - Over / Under 2.5 Goals - over

Entertainment is the name of the game, and there's reason to expect plenty of it when FC Barcelona and Rayo Vallecano face off on Sunday afternoon in La Liga. H. Flick and I. Pérez Soto's squads are more than talented enough to score in this fixture, and KickOff's well-informed bettors have faith in them to illustrate that at Camp Nou. 19 of them have saved a bet the match to contain at least 3 goals before full time. 1.36 is the top price in our betslip for that bet, and it's definitely one we like the look for too.

Celta v Alaves - Win / Draw / Win - home win

A home win may seem like an obvious choice here, but KO's notoriously astute users clearly believe it to be the best bet as Celta de Vigo and Alaves clash in La Liga on Sunday. In total 5 have saved that bet on the site, with highest odds of 1.85 proving to be enticing enough for many.

A.Bilbao v Real Betis - Both Teams To Score - yes

When Athletic Bilbao and Real Betis have met in the La Liga, goals have generally followed. Both sides have scored in each of their last 5 matches against one another, so the San Mamés crowd could be in for another nail-biter on Sunday evening.

Real Madrid v A.Madrid - Both Teams To Score - yes

When Real Madrid and Atletico de Madrid have met in the La Liga, goals have generally followed. Both teams have scored in each of their last 7 meetings, so the Santiago Bernabéu faithful will be expecting another classic on Sunday night.

Friday 3rd April

R.Vallecano v Elche - Over / Under 2.5 Goals - over

The record books suggest we could have some serious entertainment at Campo de Fútbol de Vallecas on Friday night. Each of Rayo Vallecano and Elche CF's last 6 league clashes have had over 2.5 goals, and I. Pérez Soto and E. Sarabia Armesto's sides look a strong bet to keep the streak going.

Saturday 4th April

R.Sociedad v Levante - Both Teams To Score - yes

Supporters at Anoeta will be banking on action at both ends on Saturday, and rightly so if Real Sociedad's recent record is anything to go by. There have been a goal in both nets in 23 of their 29 La Liga matches this season, the largest number in the competition.

Mallorca v Real Madrid - Half Time / Full Time - away+away

Mallorca will be hoping not to add to the 11 games they have already been losing at both halftime and fulltime this campaign when they play Real Madrid on Saturday. J. Arrasate's side already top the rest of La Liga in that area, and won't want to make their record any worse. Opposing boss Á. Arbeloa Coca will be licking his lips, however.

A.Madrid v Barcelona - Over / Under 2.5 Goals - over

If you're not busy on Saturday night, then the clash between FC Barcelona and Atletico de Madrid could be one to watch. H. Flick's team lead La Liga in most matches with at least 3 goals scored so far this season. 23 of their La Liga games have already gone that way. With a record like that, surely only a parking of the bus from D. Simeone's men could keep the score down.

How to Pick a La Liga Accumulator

Best known for its biggest teams, such as El Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona, Spain’s top domestic league has twenty sides.

Since 2000 only Valencia and Atletico Madrid have broken the Barcelona-Real Madrid duopoly, claiming three titles between them.

While most people are comfortable adding Real or Barca to their accumulator, they may not know much about the other sides in the division.

Our predictions and form guides provide a shortcut that allows you to easily spot winners and place a single or multiple bet.
