La Liga stats and tips

Friday 21st November

Valencia v Levante - Double Chance - away win or draw

Supporting your team home and away can be a pretty dispiriting experience at times, and Valencia CF’s hardy follows know that better than most at the moment. Their club, led by C. Corberán Vallet, has now failed to win any of their last 7 La Liga matches, and there will be little hope they can end that run against Levante at Mestalla on Friday night. Backing opposition gaffer J. Calero Fernández to extend the run by guiding his team to a positive result is available at best odds of 1.73.

Saturday 22nd November

Alaves v Celta - Both Teams To Score - yes

Celta de Vigo followers have been spoilt with drama at each end when their team plays in La Liga, with both sides having scored at least one goal in each of their last 11 outings. Alaves on Saturday afternoon should be another ding-dong battle.

Barcelona v A.Bilbao - Both Teams To Score - yes

FC Barcelona supporters have been spoilt with drama at each end when their team plays in La Liga, with both sides having scored at least one goal in every one of their last 7 matches. Athletic Bilbao on Saturday afternoon may well be another ding-dong battle.

Osasuna v R.Sociedad - Over / Under 2.5 Goals - under

Low scoring matches aren't always boring, but fans of Osasuna have had lots of chances to test that theory this campaign. 9 of their side's encounters in La Liga have finished with under 2.5 goals so far - the most in the competition. Will S. Francisco Ramos and his Real Sociedad side be able to inject goalmouth action into this encounter on Saturday? Or will it be yet another low scoring affair?

Villarreal v Mallorca - Win / Draw / Win - home win

A home win seems to be the most popular pick among the wise and well-informed members of KickOff as Villarreal and Mallorca clash in La Liga on Saturday. No less than 13 have bet on it, with best odds of 1.48 proving to be enticing enough for many.

Sunday 23rd November

Real Oviedo v R.Vallecano - Double Chance - away win or draw

What a dreadful succession of results for Real Oviedo and their fans, with their last La Liga win now coming 5 matches ago. Boss L. Carrión Delgado needs to find a remedy, and quickly. Will Rayo Vallecano at Carlos Tartiere on Sunday provide some relief?

Real Betis v Girona - Both Teams To Score - yes

When Real Betis and Girona have met in the La Liga, goals have generally followed. Both sides have found the net in each of their last 7 meetings, so the Estadio de La Cartuja crowd could be in for another thriller on Sunday afternoon.

Getafe v A.Madrid - Double Chance - away win or draw

D. Simeone and his Atletico de Madrid side have gained a convenient way of claiming something from just about every La Liga match they play. They're unbeaten in 11 in La Liga now, so J. Bordalás Jiménez and his Getafe side will have their work cut out if they're going to get anything at Coliseum Alfonso Pérez on Sunday.

Elche v Real Madrid - Double Chance - away win or draw

Being a football fan can be a thankless task, and Elche CF’s dogged old follows know that only too well at the moment. Their side, led by E. Sarabia Armesto, is now winless in their previous 5 La Liga matches, and few will be expecting them to end that run against Real Madrid at Martínez Valero on Sunday night. Backing opposition gaffer X. Alonso Olano to add another to that list by leading his side to anything other than a defeat is available at best odds of 1.11.

Monday 24th November

Espanyol v Sevilla - Double Chance - away win or draw

Espanyol have consistently struggled against Sevilla in the La Liga in recent years. The two clubs have clashed on 12 occasions since 2017, and Sevilla have been unbeaten in them all. Monday's game at RCDE Stadium could be another hard one for J. González Álvarez & co.

Saturday 29th November

Mallorca v Osasuna - Over / Under 2.5 Goals - under

Low scoring games aren't always boring, but fans of Osasuna have had plenty of opportunity to test that theory this campaign. 9 of their side's encounters in La Liga have finished with under 2.5 goals so far - the most in the competition. Will J. Arrasate and his Mallorca side be capable of adding some spice into this fixture on Saturday? Or will it be yet another low scoring affair?

Barcelona v Alaves - Win / Draw / Win - home win

FC Barcelona have enjoyed meeting Alaves in the La Liga in recent years, with their streak now extending to 5 straight wins against them. E. Coudet will be doing all he can to turn the tide, while H. Flick will be expecting more of the same on Saturday afternoon.

Levante v A.Bilbao - Double Chance - away win or draw

Levante simply have not been able to find a way past Athletic Bilbao in the La Liga in recent years. The two sides have clashed on 7 occasions since 2019, and Athletic Bilbao have remained unbeaten in them all. Saturday's game at Ciutat de Valencia could be a tricky one for J. Calero Fernández & co.

A.Madrid v Real Oviedo - Half Time / Full Time - home+home

Real Oviedo will be looking to avoid adding to the 6 times they have already been losing at both halftime and fulltime this season when they face Atletico de Madrid on Saturday. L. Carrión Delgado's team already top the rest of La Liga in that category, and won't want to make their record any worse. Opposing boss D. Simeone , on the other hand, will be feeling very differently.

Sunday 30th November

Celta v Espanyol - Both Teams To Score - yes

Fans at Balaídos will be fully expecting plenty goalmouth action on Sunday, and rightly so if Celta de Vigo's past record is to be continued. Both teams have scored in 11 of their 12 La Liga fixtures this season, more than any side in the competition.

Girona v Real Madrid - Half Time / Full Time - away+away

M. Sánchez Muñoz won't be too excited about facing Real Madrid in La Liga on Sunday. X. Alonso Olano's side have led at HT and gone on to secure the win at fulltime in more games than any other club in the La Liga this season - 7 times in total. That stat suggests it may be a tough night for Girona, and that backing Real Madrid in the halftime fulltime market could be a smart move at odds of 2.00.

How to Pick a La Liga Accumulator

Best known for its biggest teams, such as El Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona, Spain’s top domestic league has twenty sides.

Since 2000 only Valencia and Atletico Madrid have broken the Barcelona-Real Madrid duopoly, claiming three titles between them.

While most people are comfortable adding Real or Barca to their accumulator, they may not know much about the other sides in the division.

Our predictions and form guides provide a shortcut that allows you to easily spot winners and place a single or multiple bet.
