The anytime goalscorer bet relies on your selected player scoring a goal at any point during the match.

We’ll be explaining anytime goalscorer tips, the market and offers to take advantage of (including free bets).

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 19th to Sunday 21st July

Waterford v Finn Harps – Aaron Drinan

Anyone going up against Finn Harps must surely fancy their chances of getting on the scoresheet, with the relegation-threatened outfit having conceded 49 times in 25 top-flight fixtures so far this season. Waterford’s Aaron Drinan has been a particular beneficiary of their defensive failings, scoring three of his seven goals this term against the strugglers.

Norrkoping v Ostersunds – Jordan Larsson

Being the son of a successful father is never easy, particularly when you are going about your business in the same industry, but Jordan Larsson is now starting to emerge from the shadow of Swedish legend Henrik. In fact, heading into the weekend fixtures, no player was able to match the 22-year-old’s tally of ten Allsvenskan goals during the current campaign.

Molde v Sarpsborg – Ohi Omoijuanfo

League leaders Molde have been scoring at a phenomenal rate during the current campaign, with no other side in the Eliteserien able to match their tally of 35 goals from 15 games. Ohi Omoijuanfo has been the biggest contributor to that total, with the 25-year-old’s impressive return of ten top-flight goals placing him second in the scoring charts for the division.

Kalmar v Djurgardens – Mohamed Buya Turay

Djurgardens have been enjoying a fine campaign up to this point, with the seven goals of Mohamed Buya Turay helping them to challenge towards the top end of the Allsvenskan table. The talented 24-year-old boasts two goals in his last three appearances for the club, whilst just over half of his successful strikes this season have come on the road.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 12th to Sunday 14th July

Bodo/Glimt v Ranheim – Amor Layouni

Amor Layouni is enjoying a fine season in the colours of high-flying Bodo/Glimt, helping himself to six goals from a position out on the wing. This already represents a doubling of his tally from the previous campaign, with the first of the 26-year-old’s efforts last term coming in a 4-0 home success against Ranheim, the team that he will be facing in this contest.

Ostersunds v Norrkoping – Christoffer Nyman

Christoffer Nyman is a player in tremendous form, with the local boy weighing in with six Allsvenskan goals this season, including five in his last six appearances. Encouragingly from a Norrkoping perspective, they are actually unbeaten in the five matches in which he has found the net, including when he grabbed both goals in an impressive recent win at AIK.

Djurgardens v Malmo – Mohamed Buya Turay

Based on his output for the current campaign, Mohamed Buya Turay is a player who tends to score in streaks, so the fact that he has netted in back-to-back Allsvenskan matches has to be encouraging coming into this contest. The talented 24-year-old now boasts seven goals for the season, and he once scored twice against Malmo in the colours of Eskilstuna.

Sundsvall v Hammarby – Vidar Orn Kjartansson

Vidar Orn Kjartansson was amongst the scorers in Hammarby’s 6-2 demolition of Falkenbergs last time out, thus taking his tally for the season to an impressive six goals in 14 matches. The Icelandic international has made a habit of preying on the weak, finding the net against several of the sides who are battling against Sundsvall to beat the drop.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 5th to Sunday 7th July

Derry City v Dundalk – Patrick Hoban

When it comes to banging in the goals, Patrick Hoban is streets ahead of the rest in the domestic standings, with the Dundalk centre-forward sitting pretty on 11 top-flight strikes so far this term. Somewhat worryingly from a Derry perspective, the 27-year-old has already netted three times in two games against them during the current campaign.

Kalmar v AIK – Tarik Elyounoussi

Nobody has scored more frequently in the Allsvenskan this season than Tarik Elyounoussi, with the 31-year-old already weighing in with nine goals as part of his side’s bid to defend their top-flight crown. Given that AIK have only struck 16 times as a team in the league during the current campaign, the efforts of their star man start to look even more impressive.

Norrkoping v BK Hacken – Jordan Larsson

Being the son of Swedish football legend Henrik Larsson has to heap considerable pressure on the young shoulders of Norrkoping striker Jordan, but he has responded positively this season with a return of seven top-flight goals. Three of these strikes have been netted in the last five games, so the former Helsingborgs player is clearly in good form.

Eskilstuna v Djurgardens – Mohamed Buya Turay

Mohamed Buya Turay made a spectacular start to the Allsvenskan season, scoring five times in his first seven appearances, and the talented 24-year-old returned to the goal trail by grabbing his sixth of the season against Kalmar on Monday. Given his propensity for scoring in streaks, bottom-of-the-table Eskilstuna will need to be wary of the Djurgardens man.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 21st to Sunday 30th June

Shamrock Rovers v Dundalk – Patrick Hoban

As things stand, Dundalk are on course to claim the title, whilst Patrick Hoban looks set to finish as the top scorer in the division, though there remains much football to be played between now and the end of the season. The former Oxford centre-forward has struck 11 times during the current campaign, putting him four goals clear of his closest challengers.

BK Hacken v Hammarby - Muamer Tankovic

No Hammarby player boasts more Allsvenskan goals than the six managed by Muamer Tankovic so far this season, with four of his strikes coming in his last five games. Having made three Premier League appearances during his time at Fulham, the 24-year-old certainly boasts the sort of pedigree that should worry defenders in the Swedish top-flight.

Bodo/Glimt v Odd – Amor Layouni

Bodo/Glimt have been one of the surprise packages of the current campaign, and the six goals netted by Amor Layouni have certainly played a part in their strong start to the season. On target in the 4-3 success at Viking Stavanger last weekend, the 26-year-old will be looking to add to his tally in this battle between Molde’s closest challengers at the top.

Sundsvall v Eskilstuna – Linus Hallenius

As a team, struggling Sundsvall have netted only 15 times in the Allsvenskan so far this season, but Linus Hallenius has accounted for an impressive 40% of those efforts. Opponents Eskilstuna have conceded at a rate of nearly two goals per game this term, so the experienced Swede will be hopeful of adding to his tally of six top-flight goals.

What is an Anytime Goalscorer Bet?

This market works by betting on a player to score anytime during the game.

In most cases, the bet is only valid during the first 90 minutes. If your player scores outside this period, the bet won’t go through. The bet doesn’t tend to include extra time or penalty takers.

Understanding Anytime Goalscorer Odds

When it comes to anytime scorer odds, they generally tend to be lower due to market’s predictability. The chances of a goal being scored in the match is high, therefore rewards can be less. First goalscorer odds tend to be more favourable.

Also, bear in mind that strikers tend to have the shortest odds. This is unsurprising, as the chances of them scoring are high. Similar to draw no bet or win to nil, this market can be less fruitful than others.

However, this isn’t to say there are no rewards in this market. In fact, far from it. Betting on a midfielder to score, for example, can be highly profitable. Odds vary game to game.

How Can You Make Sure Your Bet Wins?

With the chances of winning big lower than in other markets, football betting tips can put you on the right track.

Look for Prolific Players

When it comes to general football tips regarding this market, it’s best to look for consistent goal scorers. Players who have consistently scored goals in recent matches tend to be great picks for this type of bet.

The likelihood of them scoring again is high due to both their skill level and their heightened confidence. Since the bet isn’t restricted in terms of timing (such as first and last goalscorer bets) this is a good tactic to pursue.

However, of course, profits will be less.

Look for Team Behaviours

Does your chosen team perform well in corners? This can be a good way to give your bet the best chance of being successful.

Sometimes, the obvious places shouldn’t be overlooked!

Look for Penalty Takers

Which players have had the most successful penalties?

While there are never any guarantees, betting on one of them can mean higher chances of success.

Look at Match History

Does your team have a high success rate against another? Looking for patterns is a football tip that can result in winnings. In fact, it's one of the most important when it comes to how to win football bets!
