The anytime goalscorer bet relies on your selected player scoring a goal at any point during the match.

We’ll be explaining anytime goalscorer tips, the market and offers to take advantage of (including free bets).

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd, Sunday 24th March

MK Dons v Yeovil Town – Kieran Agard

As an ex-Yeovil player, Kieran Agard will be looking to make an impact against his former employers, something that he did when netting at Huish Park back in September. That was one of 18 goals scored by the 29-year-old in League Two this season, with seven of those strikes coming in his last nine appearances.

Mansfield Town v Crewe Alexandra – Tyler Walker

Having previously been known only as the son of former England defender Des, Tyler Walker’s form for Mansfield this season has seen the youngster begin to make a name for himself in his own right. A scorer of 17 goals in League Two during the current campaign, the striker has already found the net against Crewe once this term.

Crawley Town v Lincoln City – John Akinde

Since the beginning of December, John Akinde’s goals have been crucial for Lincoln, with the 29-year-old finding the net nine times in 19 League Two appearances for the promotion-chasing Imps. The striker is also in a particularly rich vein of form at the moment, scoring against Exeter, Forest Green, twice, and Mansfield in recent weeks.

Bradford City v Blackpool – Eoin Doyle

Bradford may be in serious danger of dropping into the fourth tier of English football, but Eoin Doyle’s goals are at least giving them hope of survival. The former Chesterfield striker may have taken a while to get going this season, but a return of seven goals from his last 17 appearances suggests that he could have a big part to play during the run-in.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 15th, Saturday 16th, Sunday 17th March

Rotherham United v Norwich City – Teemu Pukki

Teemu Pukki has already found the net once against Rotherham this season and facing a defence that has shipped 59 goals in the current Championship campaign will hardly fill him with fear. The Finland international has remained red hot on the road recently, finding the net in each of his last four away appearances, including twice at Bolton.

Brentford v West Bromwich Albion – Neal Maupay

Neal Maupay has been an absolute revelation for Brentford this season, helping himself to 23 goals in all competitions, including 20 in English football’s second tier. Griffin Park has proven to be a particularly happy hunting ground for the striker lately, with the 22-year-old managing to find the net in five consecutive games at the venue.

Burnley v Leicester City – Jamie Vardy

Jamie Vardy has started to look like the player of old in recent weeks, using his pace to get in behind opposition defences and scoring five times in as many matches. The Leicester striker now boasts 12 Premier League goals this season, with seven of those strikes coming on the road, and he has found the net on two of his last three visits to Turf Moor.

Wolverhampton Wanderers v Manchester United – Romelu Lukaku

Having found himself playing second fiddle to Marcus Rashford during the early part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s reign, Romelu Lukaku has worked himself firmly back into the Norwegian’s plans of late. A scorer of six goals in his last four appearances, four of which have come on the road, the centre-forward will take some stopping at Molineux.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 8th, Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th March

Norwich City v Swansea City – Teemu Pukki

Teemu Pukki continues to take the Championship by storm, grabbing his 24th goal in the competition in the Canaries’ 3-1 win at Millwall last weekend. The Finn has been in particularly fine form in recent weeks, scoring nine times in eight matches, and he also found the net in Norwich’s 4-1 success at Swansea back in November.

Crystal Palace v Brighton & Hove Albion – Wilfried Zaha

Although he is known more for his pace and dribbling ability than his finishing, Wilfried Zaha has been banging in the goals for Crystal Palace in recent weeks, helping himself to five in as many matches. The Ivory Coast international also has recent pedigree against Brighton, netting four times in his last four appearances against them.

Birmingham City v Aston Villa – Che Adams

Che Adams has been in truly spectacular form in the current calendar year, scoring ten goals in as many Championship matches to keep Birmingham in the hunt for the playoff places. Unsurprisingly given his recent record, the impressive young forward has performed well at St. Andrew’s of late, finding the net in three of his last four appearances on home soil.

Arsenal v Manchester United – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a player who simply loves performing in front of his own supporters, with the Gabonese international finding the net in five of his last eight appearances at the Emirates Stadium in all competitions. Included in that sequence is his goal in the defeat to Manchester United in the FA Cup.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions - Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd March

Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal – Harry Kane

Harry Kane simply loves taking on Arsenal, scoring eight times in eight Premier League appearances against Spurs’ North London rivals. The England captain’s recent record in front of goal is none-too-shabby either, with the 25-year-old helping himself to eight goals in nine matches for Tottenham either side of his injury break.

Burnley v Crystal Palace – Ashley Barnes

Ashley Barnes has played a significant part in the Clarets’ recent revival, with the former Brighton striker weighing in with six goals in his last 11 appearances for Sean Dyche’s side. As a former Seagull, the 29-year-old enjoys getting one over on Crystal Palace, and he has netted twice in Burnley victories against the Eagles in recent seasons.

Hull City v Birmingham City – Che Adams

Since the beginning of December, Che Adams has been in prolific form for the Blues, weighing in with 13 goals in 15 Championship appearances. It is in away games that the Leicester-born forward has posed the greatest threat, however, with eight of his most recent 12 strikes at this level coming on the road.

Sheffield Wednesday v Sheffield United – Billy Sharp

Billy Sharp continues to perform at an extremely high level for Sheffield United, with the experienced centre-forward netting 12 times in his last 13 Championship appearances for the Blades. Even more significantly, perhaps, ahead of making the short trip to Hillsborough, eight of these strikes have come in away matches.

What is an Anytime Goalscorer Bet?

This market works by betting on a player to score anytime during the game.

In most cases, the bet is only valid during the first 90 minutes. If your player scores outside this period, the bet won’t go through. The bet doesn’t tend to include extra time or penalty takers.

Understanding Anytime Goalscorer Odds

When it comes to anytime scorer odds, they generally tend to be lower due to market’s predictability. The chances of a goal being scored in the match is high, therefore rewards can be less. First goalscorer odds tend to be more favourable.

Also, bear in mind that strikers tend to have the shortest odds. This is unsurprising, as the chances of them scoring are high.

However, this isn’t to say there are no rewards in this market. In fact, far from it. Betting on a midfielder to score, for example, can be highly profitable. Odds vary game to game.

How Can You Make Sure Your Bet Wins?

With the chances of winning big lower than in other markets, football betting tips can put you on the right track.

Look for Prolific Players

When it comes to general football tips regarding this market, it’s best to look for consistent goal scorers. Players who have consistently scored goals in recent matches tend to be great picks for this type of bet.

The likelihood of them scoring again is high due to both their skill level and their heightened confidence. Since the bet isn’t restricted in terms of timing (such as first and last goalscorer bets) this is a good tactic to pursue.

However, of course, profits will be less.

Look for Team Behaviours

Does your chosen team perform well in corners? This can be a good way to give your bet the best chance of being successful.

Sometimes, the obvious places shouldn’t be overlooked!

Look for Penalty Takers

Which players have had the most successful penalties?

While there are never any guarantees, betting on one of them can mean higher chances of success.

Look at Match History

Does your team have a high success rate against another? Looking for patterns is a football tip that can result in winnings.

How to Enhance Your Bets

Let’s face it. If you’re betting for fun or if you take things more seriously, we’re all looking to make a profit.

So, whether you’re new to the world of football bets or not, these tools will help you enhance your experience.

Analysing the Stats

To make a truly informed bet, you should look at data, including:

  • Current form
  • Past matches
  • Home/ away stats
  • Player analytics

However, gathering all this information yourself can be tough. This is where predictions come in. Use these to your advantage!

The best football tips are those that use in-depth statistics and analyse past data. This gives you a deeper insight into each prediction.

Use KickOff’s Community

KickOff has a large and varied betting community which you can use to your advantage. The members of the community range from amateurs to seasoned professionals.

Following these top tipsters means you can essentially piggyback off of their success. Every member has stats regarding their activity, all of which are available for anyone to look through and scrutinise. The benefit of having every member’s activity and history on display is finding bettors who tend to win.

You can follow members of your choosing and analyse their activity. If they have a history of making good decisions, why not take things one step further? Go ahead and copy their bets. If you’re not entirely sure on every decision they make, you can select the parts you do feel sure of.

Particularly for newcomers, this can be extremely handy. It allows you to make informed bets while getting the hang of things!

Find the Best Betting Site for You

All betting sites vary, each with their own unique offers and perks.

Finding the best betting site for you is essential! You should look at:

  • The ease of sign-up
  • Payment options
  • Sign-up offers
  • Site safety
  • If there’s a mobile app
  • Reputation
  • Unique features
  • Odds

Every bookie has their pros and cons. Finding the right one is entirely down to personal preference. But, most importantly, look at which site offers the best odds.

Making Use of Offers

Betting offers are another great way of enhancing your betting experience.

Free Bets

You can claim on several types of offers. For example, you can recieve £30 in free bets after putting down a smaller initial bet.

Free bets are usually valid across many betting markets, with some winnings also including your free bet stake.

Some offers include free bet offers for first-time customers only, while others offer enhanced odds on your first bet.

Be sure to browse through some of the offers available and choose whichever one suits you best.

Enhanced Odds

Enhanced odds offers are another way to make money at the bookie’s expense. This is essentially a way of boosting your winnings without having to put more money down.

With some markets in particular, this can be an extremely profitable way to bet.

Building Your Accumulator

Putting together your betting slip is quick and simple with our Acca Smacker. The Acca Smacker is designed to update in real-time and provide you with all the information you need.

Simply add your selections, and the accumulator will calculate your potential returns. Each time you add or subtract a bet, the returns calculator will reflect your decisions.

You can combine bets from various betting markets and leagues, such as the FA Cup or the Premier League.

Underneath your calculated returns will be a list of bookmakers and their odds tailored to your specific betting slip. This means you don’t have to manually check other sites. A comprehensive comparison is in one place.

Betting can be tense in general, but there’s no reason anything outside the actual outcome should stress you out. Ready to get started? Find all of our football accumulator tips here.
