Above is a table of predictions compiled by KickOff’s algorithm. The algorithm sifts through a vast amount of data to arrive at accurate and well-informed results.

The anytime goalscorer bet relies on your selected player scoring a goal at any point during the match.

We’ll be explaining anytime goalscorer tips, the market and offers to take advantage of (including free bets).

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Friday 18th to Monday 21st September

Borussia Dortmund v Borussia Monchengladbach – Erling Braut Haaland

It would be fair to say that Erling Braut Haaland has taken the Bundesliga by storm since signing for Borussia Dortmund, with the 20-year-old scoring 13 times in just 15 appearances in the competition. If there is one crumb of comfort for opposing defenders, then it has to be the fact that the Norwegian international has only netted three times before the interval.

Manchester United v Crystal Palace – Anthony Martial

Anthony Martial seemed to revel in the responsibility of being Manchester United’s main striker last season, scoring 23 goals in all competitions, which was one more than Marcus Rashford managed. No fewer than 17 of these strikes arrived in the Premier League, and the fact that 11 came on home soil suggests that the Frenchman is comfortable at Old Trafford.

Arsenal v West Ham United – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Fresh from signing a new three-year deal with Arsenal, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be looking to continue a fast start to the season in which he has found the net in both of his competitive appearances for the Gunners. These strikes mean that the Gabonese forward boasts 11 goals in as many games since the beginning of July, so he will take some stopping.

AC Milan v Bologna – Zlatan Ibrahimovic

As expected, Zlatan Ibrahimovic made a big impact after arriving at AC Milan last season, with the 38-year-old scoring 11 goals in 20 competitive appearances for the Italian giants. The Swedish superstar’s arrival also seemed to have a positive impact on those around him, as the Rossoneri won 60% of the matches in which the enigmatic striker played some part.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Friday 11th to Monday 14th September

Liverpool v Leeds United – Mo Salah

Although Liverpool dominated the 2019/20 Premier League season, Mo Salah was a bit quieter than usual, though the Egyptian superstar still weighed in with 19 goals in the top-flight. Perhaps the most striking thing about the 28-year-old’s contribution, however, was just how much he enjoyed playing at Anfield, with 15 of his 19 goals being scored at the venue.

Tottenham Hotspur v Everton – Harry Kane

If you asked most football watchers, then they would probably tell you that Harry Kane was not at his best last term, yet the striker still weighed in with an impressive tally of 34 goals for club and country. The England captain also seemed to find his feet in Jose Mourinho’s team after lockdown, scoring seven times in nine games as Tottenham finished the season strongly.

Sheffield United v Wolverhampton Wanderers – Raul Jimenez

Having missed a penalty in Wolves’ Europa League exit at the hands of eventual winners Sevilla, Raul Jimenez will be eager to hit the ground running once the Premier League restarts. The Mexican international was absolutely superb last season, netting 27 times in all competitions, but, amazingly, just two of his 17 top-flight goals arrived before half-time.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Chelsea – Timo Werner

Chelsea have done some fantastic transfer business over the summer, with the arrival of Timo Werner from RB Leipzig providing them with a prolific marksman at the top end of the pitch. The 24-year-old struck 28 times in the top-flight last season, with only Robert Lewandowski netting more, and it is interesting to note that 17 of his goals were scored on the road.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Thursday 3rd to Wednesday 9th September

Brentford v Wycombe Wanderers – Ivan Toney

Ivan Toney took League One by storm last season, scoring 24 times in 32 appearances for a Peterborough side that narrowly missed out on a place in the playoffs on a points per game basis. The 24-year-old struck three times in two games against Wycombe, and he will be looking to impress on his Brentford debut in the absence of fellow-forward Bryan Mbeumo.

IFK Norrköping v Östersunds – Christoffer Nyman

Christoffer Nyman has been enjoying a tremendous season in the colours of Norrköping, with his nine goals putting him joint-top of the Allsvenskan scoring charts heading into this round of matches. The 27-year-old also has a liking for taking on these opponents, grabbing a brace in a 4-2 win at Östersunds back in June, after netting in a 3-0 success in this fixture last term.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Thursday 27th August to Wednesday 2nd September

Lyon v Dijon – Moussa Dembélé

Having started on the bench in Champions League games against Juventus, Manchester City and Bayern Munich recently, it is clear that Moussa Dembélé still has a point to prove to his manager, Rudi Garcia. That said, the ex-Celtic striker netted 16 times in Ligue 1 last season, so he will be relishing the chance to add to his 37 goals in all competitions for the club.

Malmö v Elfsborg – Isaac Kiese Thelin

Heading into the weekend fixtures, no player boasts more Allsvenskan goals this term than Isaac Kiese Thelin, with the 28-year-old currently on nine for the season from his 14 appearances. The Swedish international has been in particularly hot form recently, helping himself to six goals in seven games, five of which have been netted at the Eleda Stadion.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Thursday 20th August to Wednesday 26th August

Paris Saint-Germain v Bayern Munich – Robert Lewandowski

The 2019/20 Champions League campaign very much belongs to Robert Lewandowski, with the striker scoring in all nine of his appearances during Bayern Munich’s run to the final. Now just two goals shy of Cristiano Ronaldo’s single-season record of 17 in the competition, the lethal marksman comes into this contest on the back of a ten-match scoring streak.

Paris Saint-Germain v Bayern Munich – Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe was on target the last time that Paris Saint-Germain faced Bayern Munich, scoring a consolation in a 3-1 away defeat in what was essentially a dead rubber of a group game back in December 2017. The World Cup winner now boasts 13 goals in 25 Champions League appearances for his current employers, and he has the pace to trouble the Germans.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Thursday 13th August to Wednesday 19th August

Manchester City v Lyon – Raheem Sterling

Raheem Sterling has been a man in form since lockdown, with the England international helping himself to 11 goals in 12 matches in all competitions for Manchester City, and he comes into this contest having found the net in three consecutive games. What’s more, the talented 25-year-old boasts six goals in eight Champions League appearances this season.

Internazionale v Shakhtar Donetsk – Romelu Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku has enjoyed a sensational debut campaign in the colours of Inter Milan, netting 31 times for the Nerazzurri in all competitions, and he has looked incredibly sharp since arriving for this mini-tournament in Germany. In fact, goals against Getafe and Bayer Leverkusen mean that the striker has now netted in nine straight Europa League matches.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Thursday 6th August to Wednesday 12th August

Bayern Munich v Chelsea – Robert Lewandowski

Roberto Lewandowski has been at the peak of his powers in recent times, netting an eye-watering 55 goals in his last 49 appearances for club and country, plus he should be coming into this contest feeling refreshed. This spells bad news for a Chelsea side that has struggled defensively of late, so the Pole has every chance of adding to his 11 goals in the competition.

Barcelona v Napoli – Lionel Messi

By his own incredibly high standards, Lionel Messi has endured a somewhat disappointing campaign, though the fact that he has still managed to find the net 30 times in all competitions is testament to the Argentinian’s undoubted ability. What has been particularly noticeable about his last 30 goals, however, is that 23 have been netted on home soil.

Anytime Goalscorer Tips and Predictions – Friday 31st July to Monday 3rd August

Arsenal v Chelsea – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

It was the goals of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang that carried Arsenal to an unexpected success against Manchester City in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, so he clearly has a liking for playing at Wembley. A scorer in the Gunners’ 2-1 defeat at home to Chelsea back in December, the speedy striker arrives bang in form, having netted seven times in eight games.

Napoli v Lazio – Ciro Immobile

Although Lazio have come up short in their bid to wrestle the Serie A title away from Juventus, Ciro Immobile looks set to win the European Golden Shoe at the expense of Cristiano Ronaldo. A scorer of 35 top-flight goals during the current campaign, including a winner against Napoli in January, the Italian striker is four clear of his Portuguese rival.

Celtic v Hamilton Academical – Odsonne Édouard

Odsonne Édouard has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, and it is easy to see why when you consider that the 22-year-old helped himself to 22 goals in the top-flight of Scottish football last season. Hamilton will be only too aware of the threat posed by the young Frenchman, as he netted twice in Celtic’s 4-1 success against them back in February.

Sassuolo v Udinese – Domenico Berardi

Domenico Berardi has been the star man at Sassuolo for many years, and the Neroverdi’s creditable position of eighth in the Serie A table has much to do with the 14 goals and ten assists that he has provided. The Italian international has been particularly impressive since lockdown, netting five times in ten games, and nine of his goals have come on home soil.

What is an Anytime Goalscorer Bet?

This market works by betting on a player to score anytime during the game.

In most cases, the bet is only valid during the first 90 minutes. If your player scores outside this period, the bet won’t go through. The bet doesn’t tend to include extra time or penalty takers.

Understanding Anytime Goalscorer Odds

When it comes to anytime scorer odds, they generally tend to be lower due to market’s predictability. The chances of a goal being scored in the match is high, therefore rewards can be less. First goalscorer odds tend to be more favourable.

Also, bear in mind that strikers tend to have the shortest odds. This is unsurprising, as the chances of them scoring are high. Similar to draw no bet or win to nil, this market can be less fruitful than others.

However, this isn’t to say there are no rewards in this market. In fact, far from it. Betting on a midfielder to score, for example, can be highly profitable. Odds vary game to game.

How Can You Make Sure Your Bet Wins?

With the chances of winning big lower than in other markets, football betting tips can put you on the right track.

Look for Prolific Players

When it comes to general football tips regarding this market, it’s best to look for consistent goal scorers. Players who have consistently scored goals in recent matches tend to be great picks for this type of bet.

The likelihood of them scoring again is high due to both their skill level and their heightened confidence. Since the bet isn’t restricted in terms of timing (such as first and last goalscorer bets) this is a good tactic to pursue.

However, of course, profits will be less.

Look for Team Behaviours

Does your chosen team perform well in corners? This can be a good way to give your bet the best chance of being successful.

Sometimes, the obvious places shouldn’t be overlooked!

Look for Penalty Takers

Which players have had the most successful penalties?

While there are never any guarantees, betting on one of them can mean higher chances of success.

Look at Match History

Does your team have a high success rate against another? Looking for patterns is a football tip that can result in winnings. In fact, it’s one of the most important when it comes to how to win football bets!

Find the Best Betting Site for You

All betting sites vary, each with their own unique offers and perks.

Finding the best betting site for you is essential! You should look at:

  • The ease of sign-up
  • Payment options
  • Sign-up offers
  • Site safety
  • If there’s a mobile app
  • Reputation
  • Unique features
  • Odds

Every bookie has their pros and cons. Finding the right one is entirely down to personal preference. But, most importantly, look at which site offers the best odds.

Making Use of Offers

Betting offers are another great way of enhancing your betting experience.

Free Bets

You can claim on several types of offers. For example, you can receive £30 in free bets after putting down a smaller initial bet.

Some offers include free bet offers for first-time customers only, while others offer enhanced odds on your first bet.

Be sure to browse through some of the offers available and choose whichever one suits you best.

Enhanced Odds

Enhanced odds offers are well worth watching out for, as bookies will often boost a particular bet to odds well above the market average. These are especially common for big-name clashes in the Premier League, Champions League and La Liga.

Simply: shop around. The most successful bettors always make sure they’re getting the best odds.
