DRAW NO BET HELP

How do I place a bet in this market on KickOff?

Betting on this market is really easy. There are only two options in this market, so once you’ve found the market you want to bet on (more on how to do that below), simply select the odds under “HOME” to back the home side to win or “AWAY” to back the away side to win. In either case, if the match ends in a draw your bet will be void.

If you’re building a draw no bet accumulator then you can continue to add more selections from this market or from other markets. Once you’re finished click “view betslip” on mobile or simply view your betslip on the right hand side of the screen on desktop.

If you want to have your bet counted towards our leaderboards (some of which have cash prizes for the winners) without placing the bet with a bookie then click next to the KickOff logo - we’ll track your bet. Otherwise select the bookmaker you’d like to place your bet with and click next to their logo to be taken to their site where you can complete your bet.

What stats does KickOff have for this market and how should I use them to place my bet?

Form

Form stats show basic things like how many matches a team has won, lost and drawn, as well as how many goals they’ve scored and conceded. By default it shows the last 20 matches at home for the home team. To show all their last 20 regardless of venue click “overall”.

If you’d like to see individual fixtures and scores click “+ see results” under the donut chart.

You can also see winning streaks and unbeaten streaks, which can be great for finding winning draw no bet selections and getting an edge which the bookies might not have included in their odds. Research increasingly suggests the “hot hand” is a real thing which you can use to gain an advantage over the bookies.

League Table

The league table lets you see how a team has performed against every other team in the league. A team’s results are arranged by where the team they played currently are in the league, giving you a chance to see how they have performed against opponents similar to the one they are about to face. For example, if a team has lost 7 games so far this season, but all of those defeats were against teams in the top half, and actually they’ve won 6 of 9 against teams in the bottom half, then they’d probably make a good draw no bet selection the next time they play a team in the bottom half.

How to read the league table?

On the left, there are two columns showing the home team’s previous results (home and away). If a square is green, they won the game, if it’s red they lost, and if it’s solid grey, they drew. Grey squares with dates in them show fixtures which haven’t yet been played. On the right, the away team’s previous results are shown. If you’d like to see the scores of individual matches, use the “scores” slider at the top of the table.

Pro Menu

Draw no bet (DNB) predictions

Draw no bet tips and predictions and for today and the week. The DNB market removes the option and the risk of a draw - only allowing you to back either a home or away win. If your selection is correct then they’re a winner, and if the match ends level then the bet is void and the stake refunded.

Friday 30th January – 19:00 – NAC Breda v Twente – Away Win

Twente are unbeaten in seven Eredivisie trips, although five of these contests have ended in draws. As for NAC Breda, they have struggled massively on their own patch of late, collecting just one point from four games, so our draw no bet tips today feature the visitors.

Sunday 1st February – 14:30 – Stuttgart v Freiburg – Home Win

Bayern Munich are the only visiting team to have triumphed at Stuttgart in their last ten Bundesliga home games, seven of which they have won. Freiburg, meanwhile, have recorded just one victory in eight top-flight trips, so we are backing the hosts in the draw no bet market.

What does Draw No Bet mean?

The draw no bet market gives you the opportunity to back either the home or away team to win. If the team you backed wins, your bet wins. If the team you backed loses, your bet loses. If the result is a draw, the bet is void and your stake is simply returned. If the draw no bet selection is part of an acca the individual selection is removed and the acca continues as if it had never existed.

With this protection comes tighter margins for profit though so it’s still crucial to find expert draw no bet predictions if you want the best returns.

Draw No Bet Accumulator

Draw No Bet accumulators can be a great way of ensuring one wrong result doesn’t ruin your acca. If you are building an acca full of home wins, for example, you could back all of them as draw no bet selections. This will result in lower odds but ultimately might end with a winning accumulator, rather than one completely ruined by a last minute equaliser. Alternatively, if there are just a couple of selections you think might go awry, you could make all your other selections in the WDW market, and simply add the ones you’re unsure about as draw no bet predictions.

This market vs Double Chance

Draw No Bet and Double Chance can have similar effects in insuring or protecting your accumulator from one bad result. However, you should use them in different scenarios. Using a home win/draw double chance bet is the best bet if you think there is a roughly 50/50 chance of each result happening. But you should use draw no bet if you are pretty confident a side will win but think that there is a small chance of the draw. This is because the odds you’ll get on a draw no bet will be better, provided the team does actually win.
