Under and Over 2.5 goals
Under and Over 2.5 goals bets fall pretty much at the sweet spot in terms of difficulty and reward. There were roughly 2.7 goals per game in the Premier League last season, so lots of games finish with more than 2.5 goals and lots finish with fewer. This means that odds in this market hover usually around evens or just under, and there is lots of value to be found with the right information.
That’s where we come in. For each game we provide stats on how many goals each team has scored and conceded in their last 20 games, how many of their games have finished with under 2.5 goals or over 2.5 goals, their xG for the season and more detailed stats about chance conversion. Our league table which shows how many of a team’s matches finish with under or over 2.5 goals depending on where the team they’re playing is in the table.

Over and Under 2.5 goals Tips & Predictions for Today and the Weekend
Below you can find all our latest football betting tips across all Europe’s biggest leagues and competitions.
Sunday 2nd May – Monaco v Lyon – Over 2.5 Goals
Not only have Monaco been enjoying some impressive results on home soil this season, but they have also proven thoroughly entertaining to watch, with over 2.5 goals being the order of the day in 14 of their 17 Ligue 1 fixtures. Before hosting Lille, meanwhile, 13 of the most recent 19 top-flight matches involving Lyon had also served up three goals or more.
Saturday 1st May – Frosinone v Pisa – Under 2.5 Goals
Thrillers have been few and far between in recent Frosinone home matches in Serie B, with under 2.5 goals being the order of the day in 15 of their previous 20 encounters. As for Pisa, before visiting Pordenone, they had featured in six second-tier fixtures out of nine on the road containing two goals or fewer, so excitement threatens to be in short supply in this contest.
Tuesday 27th April – Sunderland v Blackpool – Under 2.5 Goals
Ahead of their meeting with Accrington, under 2.5 goals had been the order of the day in nine of the most recent 14 Sunderland matches at the Stadium of Light in League One. It is Blackpool who seem to be even fonder of a low-scoring encounter, however, as no fewer than ten of their last 14 away games at this level have served up a maximum of two goals.
Monday 26th April – Eibar v Real Sociedad – Under 2.5 Goals
Under 2.5 goals has been the order of the day in 14 of the previous 19 Eibar home matches in La Liga, so it would be fair to say that excitement has been in short supply at this ground. Although they cannot compete with these numbers, it should be noted that seven of the most recent 11 Real Sociedad away games at this level have also served up two goals or fewer.
Sunday 25th April – Wolverhampton Wanderers v Burnley – Under 2.5 Goals
Ahead of their trip to Manchester United, Burnley had been involved in more than their fair share of low-scoring encounters in the Premier League, with 12 of their previous 18 games producing two goals or fewer. Before hosting Sheffield United, meanwhile, under 2.5 goals had also been the order of the day in eight of the last 12 Wolves matches at this level.
Thursday 22nd April – Roma v Atalanta – Over 2.5 Goals
No fewer than 14 of the last 20 Roma home games in Serie A have delivered over 2.5 goals, so the capital club certainly cannot be accused of playing dull football at the Stadio Olimpico. What’s more, in advance of their meeting with Juventus, the net had also bulged at least three times in 13 of the previous 19 Atalanta matches at this level, which bodes well for this clash.
