The Promoter is Sidan Media Limited of 47-57 Marylebone Lane, London W1U 2NT, United Kingdom.
The competition will run from 12am on 1/03/2020 to 11pm on 31/May/2021 inclusive.
How to enter
To enter the competition you need to:
- create an online account with us at www.kickoff.co.uk. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website (unless you choose to set up a KickOff Pro Account).
- once you have registered the account, you need to select a bet with a minimum decimal odds of 1.8. All bets available on our website (including singles, doubles, three-folds etc.) which meet this required minimum odds are eligible.
Once you have made your first selection, you are an “Entrant”. By submitting a bet as part of this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You can only have one account with us. If we detect multiple linked accounts, we reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and to close all such accounts.
Each day, the Entrants may select a bet with the required minimum odds from all bets available on our website. There is a limit of one bet per day per Entrant.
You may select from any bets available on our website with minimum odds of 1.8. If you won your chosen bet, you will receive one point towards your streak total. If you lost the selected bet, your points will be reset to zero. Where the event on which you placed a bet is cancelled, postponed or suspended for any reason, this bet will be disregarded, your total score will be unaffected and you will be able to place a new bet on a different event.
Any Entrant who completes a streak of 30 consecutive winning bets in which must contain 10 different specific markets will be awarded the main prize of £100,000 (One hundred thousand pounds). Other Prizes are as follows
Any Entrant who completes a streak of 25 consecutive winning bets in a minimum of 10 different specific markets will be awarded the prize of £25,000 (twenty five thousand pounds).
Any Entrant who completes a streak of 21 consecutive winning bets in a minimum of 10 different markets will be awarded the prize of £5,000 (five thousand pounds). If the winners streak continues to 25 they will be awarded £25,000 instead.
Any Entrant who completes a streak of 17 consecutive winning bets in a minimum of 10 different markets will be awarded the prize of £500 (five hundred pounds).
The 10 markets that must be included in the winning streak are:
1. Win/draw/win, 2. Double chance, 3. Both Teams to score, 4. Half Time/Fulltime,
5. Over/under 1.5 goals, 6. Over/under 2.5 goals, 7. Over/under 3.5 goals , 8. draw no bet,
9. Anytime goal scorer, 10. First team to score
The competition is only open to participants aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
We will contact the winners as soon as practicable after the results are available, using the email address provided with the online account.
If you object to your name and surname being published or made available, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that in some circumstances we may have to provide your personal information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Claiming the prize
When you win a prize, we will send you an email asking for address verification and your PayPal account details. You will have 7 days from the date of our email to respond to it and claim the prize. We may need to verify your eligibility to claim the prize, including your age and identity. Once your identity is verified (if applicable), we will then send the prize via PayPal within 5 days of receipt of your email claiming the prize.
If you do not claim the prize within 7 days, you will lose your right to the prize and we may offer the price to the next eligible Entrant (in case of monthly prizes).
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
If you provide us with any incorrect information, you will lose your right to claim any prize. Prizes cannot be sent to Entrants who did not supply us with a valid address. You are responsible for making sure that your account information is correct and up to date.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming the prize except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
Any and all taxes that may be payable on the winnings are the sole responsibility of the winners.
We do not accept responsibility for bets that are lost or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions or our terms of service (available at https://www.kickoff.co.uk/website-terms-of-use/), we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
